David Ho, the founding Scientific Director and CEO of the Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Center, a world-renowned biomedical research institute. He is also the Irene Diamond Professor at The Rockefeller University and founder of the China AIDS Initiative.

Jing Jun of Tsinghua University's School of Public Policy has conducted many on-site evaluations of AIDS projects in China; he was instrumental in arranging President Clinton's 2003 trip to the Tsinghua AIDS conference.

Joan Kaufman, Director, AIDS Public Policy Program, JFK School of Government, Harvard University. She is the author of an influential article in Science about China's AIDS crisis and a leader of workshops for local Chinese officials in techniques of AIDS management.

Li Xiguang, Academic Dean of the Journalism School of Tsinghua University. He has led workshops for Chinese journalists and government officials, both local and national, to increase understanding of AIDS as a social problem.

Bill Moyers and his wife and partner Judith Davidson Moyers. For thirty years, Moyers' work has set the standard for public service broadcasting.

Henry Tang, Governor of the Committee of 100, the leading organization devoted to exchange and understanding between China and the U.S.; he also led the SARS task-force of the World Economic Forum.
